The route changed a bit in 2010. Instead of ending in Braselton, Georgia, at the YearOne Facility, the route started there. The first stop was in Tifton, Georgia. A second stop in Ocala, Florida, allowed runners to visit The don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing. Participants also stopped in Daytona Beach and Jupiter, Florida, where the Burt Reynolds Museum is located. The 2010 run ended in Orlando, Florida.
